The New York Botanical Gardens is happy to present the annual Holiday Train Show in NYC. Each year New York Botanical Gardens (NYBG) asks an artist to design the model train exhibition, illuminated by the light of the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory. The Holiday Train Show is running now through January 15th, 2018.
In 1992, Paul Busse designed the first Holiday Train Show for NYBG. Since then, Busse has worked on various special exhibits for venues around the country. Busse handcrafts magical displays.
This year is no different. The train show exudes holiday cheer with more trains than ever before in this year’s display.
Model trains run through 150 landmarks made from natural materials like bark, leaves, and branches. Bunches of light shine down on replicas of Yankee Stadium and the State of Liberty, as well as new models of the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, and more.
Don’t miss this amazing holiday show crafted from natural materials.
